Newmark Tower is selling its used patio furniture by auction since new furniture will be delivered soon. Only Newmark Tower unit owners and tenants can bid in the auction. Tenants must have written permission from the owners of their unit to participate in the auction before the auction closes on July 29, 2014, at 10:00 AM PST. Unit owners can send the required permission for tenants to participate in the auction by sending email to office@newmarktower.com. Auction bid winners will be notified via email. Non-auction winners will not be contacted. All items must be paid for by check, money order, or via PayPal, before taking possession. The last day to pay is August 1, 2014, by 5:00 PM. In addition to paying for your item, you must take possession by Saturday, August 2, 2014.
